    Is there a good alternative to dvd2onex that will re-encode DVDs to DVD-R size? I looked at DVD Remaster a while back but quality seemed spotty. dvd2onex's transcoding is starting to get me down.

    Only other similar app is Roxio's Popcorn. The output is very similar, however, so if you are unhappy with DVD2One X, then this won't be any better. Perhaps you are shrinking the movie too much. Try splitting the movie into 4GB bits and burning to multiple DVDs.
