  1. I'm having trouble with meritline.com (not getting email order confirmations, long lead times, poor customer service, etc.) and I checked out supermedia.com but it looks like the same company. What's the story? Could I expect better results? (for whatever reason) Is there a better place to buy 100 packs of the Ritek 05's?

I placed an order on Dec 24th and I'm sitting here on hold waiting to hear why my meritline order hasn't shipped yet.

    Thanks,

  2. Try rima.com, I've had very good luck with them

Edit:OK, maybe I shouldn't say luck...hehe. But they have a huge selection (specialize in media only), and pretty cheap prices...

  6. I, too, use Rima. They are quite good. And 100 TY's for $48, you just can't beat that.

  7. i dont like places that charge shipping. i only order from places with shipping included. Shop4Tech gets my business for that, plus every week there is a 10% OFF coupon, and i've never had any problems. one time i thought it was a problem (getting fake TYs when i ordered Sonic) but that turned into GOLD since i could burn at 12X! $17.10 for 100xfake TYG02! bravo S4T!

  9. I order from both of them. Who ever has the lowest price on what I need. I have had more problems with Meritline. They both have pretty much the same return policy. So far Meritline has been getting my orders right lately and shipping fairly quickly. Supermedia does the same.

I would like to be able to get free shipping, but unfortuantely, that option is not available on orders shipped to Alaska. If the company uses FedEx or UPS, my options are "next day" or "second day". There is no "ground" option. That alone prevented me from ordering dvd cases from rima as it would have added another $35 or so to the shipping costs.
Anybody out there know who has reasonable shipping costs to Alaska?
