I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but here's my problem.
I have a dvd, with out of synch subtitles. When the next line begins, the subtitles of the previous line starts.
How can I edit the subs and burn them, so it's synch again ?
The subtitles are in ifo, bup, or vob format... I don't exacly know since the subtitles don't work if I watch the dvd on my computer. Only when I watch it on tv.

You can rip the subs using subrip, then adjust them with subtitle creator, then put them back in a new dvd with IfoEdit and your favorite burner. Where did the DVD come from? If its the original, you may be due an exchange.
