I was wondering what is a good program to do conversion because it seems that nero has some issues with some of my mpegs. I try encoding a mpeg and it runs fine on my computer but it runs real choppy on my alpine dvd player in my car... could this be an encoding problem? Doesn't make sense... the other videos run fine... except this particular one... can any one help?
thanks in advance.

Nero is not a good encoder. I suggest you use the DVD2avi->TMPGenc method. It has the best results.

vthee,
Can't really figure what's the problem but you could try TMPGEnc. which you could find in the How To section on the left. Jordan
