Maybe this will fix the problems with RE2 type PSL (Protected Sectors List) DVD's without needing the PSL file to be imported into DVD Decrypter.

I don't own RE2 so someone who has this DVD might give us a report back on this new version of DVD Decrypter and the problems it fixed.

A bug in the 'check for program update' code that could mean 1 failure causes all the retries to fail too
UDF volume label changing code to recalculate descriptor CRC + checksum
Major slow down on some 'structure protected' discs
A problem with some DVDRAM discs, reading them to images and trying to change the volume label
