Off Topic, DVDHelp.com August 14, 2004-- Ripper2860 surrendered this morning to authorities today. His arrest was in agreement made earlier with El Presidente Capmaster. The exact details of are unknown at this writing, but the conditions include amnesty for all of Ripper's followers and the immediate surrender of all weapons and war materials.

Ripper was escorted into the Off Topic Forum holding facility clad in nothing but two coasters. His cheeks were hollow, his body was thin and frail, and his steps slow but deliberate. But he held his head erect as crowds pelted him with stones and yellow cards.

The insurgency started soon after the election of El Presidente Capmaster and his cabinet, which Ripper publicly denounced as fraudulent and rife with corruption. I'll tell you what I don't like about photoshop contest and worth1000, is that the pictures they give you to work with, those are great, but most people just get other pictures to put them in.

Creative as it may be, I like it when you start with a basic image and then create the rest of it.
