    I have a 3 hr video and the tools to put it in almost any format. Is there any format that I can on the DVD ( I have Toast 6) and have it play the full 3 hrs. Note that I would rather not split it to 2 DVD's ??

    Yes...


    ...MPEG-2...


    ...with the correct bitrate ...


    ...use a bitrate calculator to work out what bitrates you need to use...


    ...then encode to MPEG with these bitrates...
    If in doubt, Google it.
