How to do with NeroVision Express 3?

Looking to burn quality VCD's from avi video files off my hard drive to be played on my portable DVD player. The following guide for TMPGENC is very good for converting.

At the very end there is: Now you are ready to burn it to VCD. There is nothing in the link (as far as I can see) about how to use Nero to accomplish this. Can anyone help?

Select VideoCD from the list of templates.




Drag MPEG(s) into tracklist.



Burn.

Two questions, one for each screen.

1) Is this Nero Burning Rom OR NeroVision Express 3 (both of which I have)?

2) You say to drag MPEG's over. Are these the avi.'s that I've converted?

Burning ROM, I'd say

2) According to that guide TMPGEnc creating an MPEG file for you. This is what you need to drag across.
