Sometimes I post a question before work with the intent of checking answers when I get to work, or when I come back home. BUT then I don't until a few days later when I am looking through previous posts, or I suddenly (For no reason) remember I posted and go looking...anybody else done this?

Nope I have the auto reply notification set so I get an e-mail telling me there's a reply...
-
Ahh...that's right. I don't have that set...I just have it for PM's...that might explain why people remember.

Hello. -
I have the email notification on, but I only seem to get about 75% of the emails I should. I find this out by browsing the front page, and seeing topics that I know I've replied to, but haven't got an email for. I swear there must be be 100's, if not 1,000's of emails still waiting to get to me
If in doubt, Google it. -
Hello,
I always check important threads that I've responded to. I've since turned off auto email reply since I was getting 30 or more a day! Now if you could turn off a forum like OT than I'd keep it on

I'll have to check the time stamps on your posts but 6700+ in 7 months
I think you might have a "sleep posting" disorder

I have notification turned off for all forums except feedback. If I left them all on, It'd lock up Hotmail and send them home gouging their eyes out
I try to wander back to threads where I've posted. I don't always, though -
I don't need notifications. I've only ever posted 4 questions, and three of them never got any replies.
Other than that, everything is in OT, and I'm always here. No chance of missing anything. -
The only notification I have on is when I get pm's.
I check the threads I posted in but as soon as I post, I move on to the next item of business, so often I forget what I posted. -

Besides that is behind me now

I think we need a new smiley of an idea with wings and a yoda, with the idea flying over yoda's head. :P -
