Hi, could someone tell me if i'm doing the following correctly.
Decrypt dvd with dvddecrypter
open dvdshrink and then open files
either reauthor or copy whole film and then click backup
once that has finished burn using nero.
The reason i'm asking because i've looked at a couple of guides and they all say something different.
Also could someone help me with this problem.
I decrypted van helsing today but when I opened dvdshrink it said the main movie was 4hrs 12min when really it is only 2hrs 6min.
I dragged it across and it split in two so I deleted the one I backed it up but it failed burning can someone please tell me what to do.
Many thanks.

Hello,
You can rip and transcode with JUST DVD SHRINK
And you probably had two titles with van helsing. Sometimes its a widescreen and full screen version on the same disc. Or a directors cut on the same disc. Usually you're safe selecting the first title under movie (that's usually the real movie).

Cheers Kevin for replying. Can you confirm that using dvd shrink alone does the same job as using it with decrypter. Also why do people spend money buying copying software when shrink is free.
Could you also tell me how to burn the files i've saved to the hard drive using decrypter. I've tried a few times and it keeps failing.
Thanks. -
They have money to spare. Yes, shrink can rip. Decryper can only burn image files. So you can tell shrink to create an image and burn with decrypter. If you have video-ts folders, you can not burn these directly with decrypter.
