    Hi (again)

    To help me Nero is asking for my infotool information.

    On my home pC it was not working.
    I would open it up and get 5 bars on the progress line and it would go no furthur. It even left it on all night a few nights ago.
    So they tell me it's probably because of a confliction with my Roxio software. So I remove it and it still does the same thing.

    On my work PC I have Roxio also and info toll works fine.

    Help!!!

    There are many programs that have conflicts with Roxio.

    I would uninstall both programs and start from scratch.
