I am just getting into svcd. Can you help me?
I use premiere to edit my videos. I am to put them onto svcd.
Is it best to capture at 720*540 and then convert it to svcd resolution or is it best
to capture straight to svcd resolution? and then there is no conversion.
Would you get better quality from using the conversion method? Would it take longer?
I use TMPGenc.
Also the latest version has 30 day limit...but you cannot purchase...anyway around this??
Many thanks
Jase
