Adding Title Text to DVD-R's

I have the Sony 400 Disc CX985V DVD Changer. Most movies that buy automatically show up on my explorer list with title.

I created some DVD's of my own, but want to add the title to the DVD, so that when I put it in the DVD Changer, it will read the title of my disc, instead of having to manually enter it everytime.

I have Nero 6.6, and I cant find an option to write text to DVD. I believe there is an option for writing text to CD, i.e, song titles, etc...

Are there any apps that allow me to create titles for DVD's/?

The first problem is: From where is the title read on commercial DVDs?
Could be something like a volume name, extra track...
