Hey
Having some problems with my Philips 642/37. I burnt off the Dvix of the first season of the Sopranos and when I try to watch them, the colors are all screwed up. Their skin color is blue. I tried pushing the "System Menu" button twice, that didn't work. I tried also downgrading to the 0531 firmware and that didn't work. So I thought there might be something wrong with the files. So I ran it through a direct stream in VirtualDubMod and tried that, same problem. Tried the files in my roommates Dvix player which is a diamond one and it worked fine.
Am I just not able to play these types of files for some odd reason? Or is there a way I can find out why they aren't playing. I have VirtualDubMod and Gspot and MPEG4Modifier at my disposal if needed.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Display issues are the result of your files not meeting the 642's criteria. The "blue" topic has been covered in numerous posts (just do a quick search).
The solution is for you to reencode you files to work correctly in the 642.
