  1. Is there any possibility to cut frames when my dvd is in a .d2v format so i can use the cut .d2v file to encode in gknot. Havent found away to do it. Tried making an avi from the d2v file with vfapi and then cut it with nandub but then there was issues with the audio when trying to encode in gknot. Anyone have any idea what to do?

    Hello,

It might be easier to use virtualdubmod to convert to avi. Just load the vob directly and make you choices there

Plus it has frame editing abilities too

Just add a trim() line to your AVISYnth script in GKNot.
    So say
    mpeg2source("whatever.d2v")
    trim(501,0)
    #rest of script

Be aware though that GKNot processes the audio seperatly, so if you cut the video, then the audio will be off.
