Registration process?

I sent the registration money last night, but have yet to receive a key from Major. Can anybody comment on the timing of the registration process? I need to convert a VCD to DVD for a trip in the next day or so. If the registration takes longer than that, I need to research other tools...

The S/VCD -> DVD tool is for registered copies only. I tried opening a .DAT file directly, but it didn't work...

So just do it manually. You can use the original video, since DVD supports VCD video size. Just convert the sound to DVD compliance. Then use whatever app you plan to use to format your video_TS file. iDVD or Toast will work fine, or you can use the author as DVD option in ffmpegx
