I know that picture. It's of a rail station somewhere in England. The train was a runaway and they had successfully uncoupled the engine, tender, and 2 of the luggage coaches and cleared the station of people. The rest of the cars had their hand brakes applied and slowed down enough for someone to make a track switch after the engine raced on. However, 1 person still died. An elderly woman evidently had a stress heart attack from the incident. from the late 1800s.
