If you havn't done any editing on the DVD-RAM disc you can use DVD-Lab and import the VRO file to author a DVD-Video disc. Then use your DVD burning software to burn the DVD-video disc.
Works good for me this way.
I have a selection of home movies on a DVD ram disc that i would like to convert so i can place them on DVD-R to use in other players.
The contents of the DVD ram is a folder "DVD_RTV" with in this folder are files "VR_MANGR.BUP", "VR_MANGR.IFO" & "VR_MOVIE.VRO".
so i presume the tool needed if its out there is to convert these to video_ts.bup,video_ts.ifo and vob. I have looked at various convertors with no sucess, im either looking at this the wrong way and trying to do a direct conversion when i should be trying to convert to, say AVi then to DVD.
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks.

There are alot of topics on this, did you search?
Just use tempgenc dvd author to import your files.
And assuming you have a dvd-rom that will read dvd-ram,
You can also just copy and paste the .vro file to your HD and rename it to .mpg and import it to TMPGEnc DVD Author to edit and author it to your video_ts folder and or burn with it or whatever burning program you use.
I have transferred tons of LD's this way.
Also making custom motion backgrounds for the menus and adding them to
TMPGEnc DVD Author.
Thanks every one for your info on doing this task, i thought i had looked every where on here, but no.![]()
There is a guide for it but you have given me a couple of other options
Thanks again all![]()
