  1. Ive got 4 episodes of Mr Bean in OGG files that i would like to put on dvd for my son.
    At the moment i can't even watch them on my pc,any help please.

    You need the Ogg filter. http://tobias.everwicked.com/oggds.htm

    Then you should be able to extract out the audio to WAV with Virtualdubmod. The video is often XVID. If you run the file through AVIcodec or Gspot, it will tell what it is. Then encode to MPEG-2 and author to DVD.

    You can also download VLC Media Player and it should play them directly.

    Tobias' filters only support ogm and vorbis only ogg's. If it is actually an ogg file then it would contain say a theora video stream and vorbis audio.

    ogm != ogg

    VLC should work fine.

    More than likely I guess though that you did mean ogm files.

    I had to download a ogg codec and then i was able to convert it with tmpgenc.
