i have a movie that plays fine unless i ff or time jump then it is terribly outta sync,,it has cbr mp3 audio,,any suggestions,,other then the menu trick![]()

That is a known issue with many players when time skipping or ff. No fix that I have seen as of yet.
Google is your Friend -
to get the sound back in sync, you just need to pause the player then hit play again. sometimes I have to do this 1-3 times but it always gets the sync ok again.

I read on Jefferson Ryan's website that some Divx files desync when you apply the double-click gimmick to get the semi-transparent background. This affects divx and not xvid according to Jefferson. He says by double-clicking on the system menu that he believes this benefits xvid somehow (and perhaps to the detriment of divx).
I don't know if you were using the semi-transparent background when you had this problem and you were watching a divx file. If you were you can apply HuffyK's modified firmware update. This gives subtitle support without having to double click the system menu.
