When I try and use my s-video out with my TV the screen shows but it continuasly rolls, not staying in sync, I've been trying to figure this out for about eight hours but no luck.
When I turn on the computer (a dell) the boot up image comes in sync, displays normally, as does the windows xp boot image, but as soon as the desktop comes on it starts to roll making it unreadable and unuseable.
It looks like a computer monitor does when displayed on tv but 10 times faster. I have the res set at 800x600 with a refresh rate of 60hz and I'm using an lcd monitor so I can't set any lower. I live in the US so I'm using NTSC settings. I've downloaded the lates nvidia drivers and used a clean install of windows pro corp.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I've been playing around with tvtool and have been forced to uninstall and reinstall drivers 4 times so far. I'm using a nvidia geforce 3ti 200 card.
Thanks
Happy F---cking New Year

The last time I saw someone else having a similar issue here, it was because the video settings were incorrect for the TV to accept.
I believe for TV output, you should be using 640x480. Try it just to see if the TV stops rolling.Google is your Friend
