Earlier this evening I capped a program that was 28 minutes long with no sync troubles at all.
I rebooted and capped something a little later which was about 45 minutes long. After 10 minutes, the audio goes drastically out of sync and stays the same throughout the program.
Any ideas why it happened on one but not the other?

Most likely dropped frames due to loss of picture or bad signal at one point, that will always cause sync problems.
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
I dropped no frames over the 45 minute period. I don't know about signal loss though, as it was from digital cable TV connected through composite leads.
