i have a few dvds i have lost the original covers for and now i want to add them to my list in dvd profiler. i know you can search for the dvds name but sometimes they don't show so then you can enter the barcode from the dvd cover and it finds the dvd or you. however i have lost the covers for a couple of my dvds. does anyone know of an online site to find dvd cover barcodes? please not a dvd cover site as i know of many of these. all i want to do is find the barcodes for them. cheers.

thank you for the reply but i did ask please not cover sites for a good reason. yes you can read them but i live in aus and would like to have all aus versions in my list in dvd pfrofiler so ALL the info matches my dvds. 90% of covers on all the cover sites are not australian covers. while this may accasionally work i am looking for a barcode site if possible.

GO to your local video store. Most of the barcode sites are Japanese and US, with a few scattered UK sites. The barcodes are different for each region so that they can tell the difference of the which cover goes to which. You could probably start a thread listing you DVDs and a few of our aussie regulars might be able to send you a bunch of the codes you need. That's about the best help I can offer.
