My computer stays up and on pretty much all the time. I'm running Intel Active Monitor which monitors my PC's cooling and power.
Yesterday morning I awoke to a sound of beeps ... after much confusion I tracked it down to my computer three rooms away.
As you can see ... it doesn't give much info ... voltage (+5v) has gone outside of its range ... and was back within its range 1-second later. Also, this happen to me back in March with +3.3v indicator.
Everything seems fine ... is this anything to worry about? Just curious and thanks.

Maybe a new PSU is in order? A bad PS can make a mess out of your MB and CPU
-
Cap is right, it could be a power supply issue.
It could also be a line surge, and it took the psu
a second to compensate.
My line power sucks. Spikes and drops whenever
the weather is iffy. I use a UPS to protect my
systems.
Hope this helps some

Hmm, never seen that monitor program. I'll have to check it out and compare it with MBM as the latter has varying support for the DH800.

Cap & kiki,
Thanks guys. Nothing more since that one alert. I'm keeping my figures crossed that is was an anomaly. The intel monitor program only indicates the voltage went out of range (for 1-second), it didn't indicate whether or not it went over or under. A UPS might be my next computer investment.
rallynavvie,
The program also monitors temperatures and fan speeds.
