    Hello,

I just remembered they had a broadband adapter for the Dreamcast. It came with a dialup adapter but the broadband was available.

Can this still work??? Is there a wireless model??? I'd love to be able to hook it up downstairs along with my xbox. I have the keyboard and mouse for the dreamcast. I did surf the web on dialup with the dreamcast. Is this possible??

Anyone know??? Is this available on ebay/eb games etc...???

Can a lan link with the xbox hooked up wirelessly let it share the wireless net connection????

    Any links for this stuff??

    Thanks

    Kevin

I'd imagine if it is a broadband adapter, it would have the lan connector (just like the xbox). Otherwise is may be a bit difficult to get broadband to your Dreamcast.

    Hello,

    Thanks.

It does have an available broadband adapter (or did). I just don't know what the abilities of it are. I'll try to check it out this weekend.

A web browser was available with the unit, programmed by PlanetWeb, who also programmed the web browser shipped with the Sega Dreamcast. A mouse and keyboard adapter was also made for the Netlink, which can still be used to view web pages with many Internet Service Providers. However, very few units were sold during the Saturn's life in the market.

  11. The broadband adapter for the DC is very hard to find and the browser you will be using is very out of date. The broadband adapter you could only get it from Sega by placing a order online. I loved the DC wake up and turn the TV on while in bed and check emails. Watch some TV and stuff.

I think you might be better of getting a modded X-BOX and run firefox.
