Winfast TV2000 XP Expert Video Quality?

Anyone with this card want to comment on the video quality on the Winfast PVR program?

When I use that program to watch TV, I get a lot of lines across the screen. I do not think it is the aftereffects of deinterlacing because it always appears across the screen, not on a specific portion of the picture.

I might have to send the card back if you guys have a clear picture.

I had the card and using the tv tuner i got lines but not with vhs capture.

Really? What program did you use for VHS capture? PVR?

I still get them when I record. Perhaps I need to change some settings?

I used virtualvcr and still use it.The lines i had were more herringbone,what you have is macroblocking which is low bitrate for a capture file.
