I really am being redundant now but I just can't decide if it will be large enough for a bedroom. I'm ready to buy it but I just need some reassurance that it will be large enough for me. What are your opinions?

I'll also add that I watch a lot of tv in there and DO play a lot of xbox games with a viewing distance of about 5'.

Hello,
Pyrate83 - Try finding a store with a 30 day return policy. That way you can try it out in a "real world" situation and either "upgrade" or "downgrade" according to taste

26 for a bedroom sounds about right.
His name was MackemX
What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend? -
Cool, sounds like I'll be good.
@Yoda: I am having to buy the set off of Amazon.com because I have $1,000 in Amazon gift certificates to use up that I don't want to really spend on anything else on there. So the bottom line is that I will only have to spend about $700 of my own to buy it which I don't consider too bad. And I do believe Amazon has a return policy so if it's not large enough I will just upgrade. -
I'd be awfully tempted to attach it to the ceiling ... the ultimate in lazy viewing ... (drool)

I have a 32" set in my room, this is the smallest i'd want, as 4:3 material (like some TV and loads of games) is about 21" on it.
-
I have a 23" lcd in my bedroom and I think it is too small.
Bitch queen however does not, thus we are not changing it. -
when you say "bitch queen" i just get the image of the Alien Queen complete with slavering jaws!
If you sleep in another room you can have whatever tv you like in there
How you liking work today? mmmmmmm, my bed is sooooooo comfy. :P -
We have sky in the bedroom though, I would miss that if I slept in one of the spare bedrooms.
Yes work is going great, I am sitting here waiting for the States to wake up so I can check that they do not need anything doing, then I can go home.
BED!!!! at 12 !!!!, criminal, I got up at 4.45 this morning -
Sucks to be you, eh?
I do have a busy day lined up though - playing Americas Army, ripping some DVD's, opening another bottle of christmas vodka - it's all going on here! -
Tosser !!!
Hopefully I will be out by three. I bought a ps2 on Monday cause I felt like completing Final Fantasy VII again. I played it for four hours last night before I realised that you can only save onto a ps1 memory card.
I will have to start again tonight. -
D'oh!
didn't just pause it and leave the console on? although annoying if it's in your bedroom, those PS2's are noisy bastards. -
They just put empire strikes back on the plasmas here so at least I can watch a movie.

Depends upon how big your bedroom is. It would be too big for mine. I have a 20" regular TV in my living room and I'd say that it's about right.
-
i have a thin 20inch and i watch movies/play xbox on it with no problem. but, if you can go bigger, why not?
