I have a bunch of fully decrypted VIDEO_TS folders from my dvd collection on my HD (used DVD Decrypter). I started getting interested in making xvid files of my dvds. Is there a way to stream process in IFO mode from these video_ts folders? or do I have to reload my dvds and do them straight from disc?

There's no way to use stream processing off the hard drive in DVDDecrypter. However, both smartripper and IFOEdit offer stream processing facilities, and will accept input off your hard drive.
If in doubt, Google it. -
