  1. I was looking at this guide

    https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/141024.php#dvd9

and on one part it says

    4. Under Audio you can select what audio tracks to keep. If you remove many you get more size to the main movie which means better video quality.

Which audio is this? Do i need to leave it all or will I not be missing like audio during the movie?

It's the polish and french audio streams that you'll probably never listen to. There won't be audio missing during the movie, I can assure you
    If in doubt, Google it.

  3. four of them say english the other says french. Should I just uncheck the french and leave the english? I dont want to see peoples mouths moving and no words

also, I dont need subtitles do I? that would be just seeing the words?

Chances are that you can get rid of some of the English audios as well. For example, if you have a Dolby Digital decoder, theremay not be much value in keeping DTS sound. Also, Yuo probably don't need both 5.1ch and 2ch AC3. Director's commentaries are another thing you may choose to discard for your backup (i'd generally only listen this once or twice (if ever), so I just use the original for this purpose).
    If in doubt, Google it.
