  1. It's been about 6 months or so since I last used my combination of AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 (sheep) to copy some DVD's. I've never had a problem with the dozen or so that I had made.

A few weeks ago I upgraded my motherboard and system, basically rebuilding it (and installing WinXP and all apps from scratch).

I'm having a problem with what appears to be AnyDVD. With it running, I can't even play a DVD in PowerDVD or Windows Media Player. If I disable AnyDVD, I can play DVD's without any issue.

When trying to copy a DVD with CloneDVD2, I am also getting an error when AnyDVD is running. I can't figure out what the issue is so I'm hoping someone here can help.

Here are a couple of screen shots of the error messages.

    I am using:
    AnyDVD 4.3.0.1
    CloneDVD2 2.5.4.3
    LiteOn LDW-401S FW:ES0M

    Thanks!

  2. Aha! I think I solved it. This was posted in another sites forum.

I rolled back my IDE driver and now it seems that I have no issues. Hopefully it will remain that way. My "new" motherboard is an Asus A7N8X (PCB 2.0). DON'T use the latest nVidia driver pack!
