  1. Im sure im crossing legal and copyright boundries here

    but is there any way you can capture the cool flash animations all over the web (eg, www.rathergood.com, www.mrandmrswheatley.co.uk, www.weebls-stuff.com)

    So I could make a DVD of loads of them. I have some friends who arn't web geeks like me. Id love a disk of all the really good one to show them to people on a normal TV

    just a thought
    DVD region settings are a joke, I can't believe how stupid people are falling for it

    Camstudio. You can capture anything on the desktop into an AVI file, and define the capture box to whatever size you want.

    There's an error in the activation and I'll need to e-mail you the fix for it. It's supposed to send an activation to your e-mail, but everyone who has tried it, including myself, has had trouble. So let me know and I'll send you the patch

    Not that this will answer your question but you do know that the .SWF file is stored in your temporary internet files and can be copied from there to anywhere else on your PC.

    C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxxxxxxx\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

    replace the "xxxxxxxxx" with your profile/login name.
