I don't know the correct term, but I think is neat on Commercial Hollywood DVD's that they have these scenes where you can
get to with your remote control, where there will be additional written information about a topic. I was wondering if I created a
.bmp or .jpeg with text on it how I could incorporate that into a DVD? I want it to be able for it to be in the DVD's menu as just another clip.
I was wondering is there a way of scrowling text slowly over an image of my chosing and having this as it's own little clip. I would think
this would add greater depth to a DVD. For maybe a week longer I have Ulead DVD Workshop, and for 2 weeks longer I have Wobble Mpeg
VCR, so is there a way to do this with those programs. I also have Pinnacle Studio 8 SE that came with my AIW Card from ATI, is there a way to
make such clips in that.

TMPGEnc got my money order and turned on, the Mpeg Editor & DVD Author that I paid for. I am probably going to be using these two programs for
quite sometime, for I don't have unlimited funds and cannot afford to outlay money forever. I am saving for an additional hard drive, a SATA drive. I have been
told that 160GB drive is quite reasonably priced, I wonder if the drives that are 240GB and larger are stable and not all that much more. I am also saving for
some more ram. Right now I have 512mb, I want to add another 512mb to speed things up a little bit.

Sorry for all this going on and on. I probably didn't use the right terms. If I remember right I think there is a way in VirtualdDub of taking a buch of .bmps and making a
.avi out of them. Could someone point me to how that is done. Maybe I can create some .bmps and then make an .avi and then convert that to a mpeg2 file. Perhaps adding a little music as a background? It would be great if I could do this with Microsoft Movie Maker 2 that came with Windows XP when the technician at my ISP made my new computer.

Thank you in advance for any information you can give me on these questions.
