    Part of the appeal of consoles is that you don't have to constantly upgrade to play the latest games. And I do LOVE Halo 2 - on one rental! I'll probably buy it.

    I felt that way at first but have adapted well to the controller.

    They do make converters for the XBOX so you can play with a keyboard and mouse on the xbox - saw one on ebay

    I'm the opposite. Never could adapt to a keyboard and mouse well.

    No... not really. Could never seem to create a setup that worked well for me. I don't really have the best gaming coordination to begin with.

    I agree Halo 2 is pathetic especially when put next to a pc fps. I am a big fan of Battlefield 1942 and Vietnam.

    However you can buy an adapter for the x box now that allows you to use your mouse and keyboard.

    Wouldn't that put the person with a mouse and keybord at an advantage compared to all other players? I feel like I can be much faster with m. & k. than anyone with a controller.

    So??? If it's available buy it - do wireless controllers give an advantage??? Maybe - but not everyone has them.
