A good program to do picture in picture?

I tryed adobe premiere elements to do picture in picture it was easy but i'm looking for more like picture in picture and have it fade away flip away etc. Is there any software that makes it easy to do?

After Effects could do this standing on it's head. You could also look at the Hollywood Gold series of effects for Premiere Pro, which include this type of effect. Vegas 5 is another one, as is Combustion, Shake or Digital Fusion. There is some serious money to be paid for these though.

I second the vegas 5 suggestion, especially since the effects you are talking about are actually the major enhancements made in its latest version; it can now do them in 3D. Go to mediasoftware.sonypictures.com and download the trial version.

Yup vegas 5 , you can even download some Free veggies, then all you do is add your Videos/Images can make some effects faster to do without much work.

just a thought here...but maybe try Magix Movie Edit Pro...I just got this, and seems to be pretty good...
