  1. Okay ... I'm transfering my After Effects 6.5 projects from my PC at home to my computer at work (Mac G5 Dual 2.5 gHz, with AE 6.5). Most of the time, when I used MOV from AVID, I have no problem, but sometimes, I use AVI for footage.

So when I have used AE projects on my MAC before, usually re-directing AVI files is no problem, because they load automaticly into the project. Even when I import them, most of the time they import (could be the AVI codec) but they play in Quicktime on my MAC as just files.

I import them or REPLACE FOOTAGE and I get "After Effects error: the file module could not parse the file. (45 - 35) "

I know these can import in After Effects because I have DV Codec AVI's that have imported. All of my AVI's are DV Codec, so why is AE being stuborn?

    Help!

  2. Another thing, I have a project with my present AVI in it, and when I import the SAME AVI, I get

"After Effects: AEGP Plugin AAF: Error during parsing: Invalid document Structure 5027 - 12"

    and

"After Effects: AEGP Plugin AAF: Error occurred while creating project 5027 - 12"

Hmmm ... It's the same file already in the project !
