    Hey all.
I'm pretty sure some of you faced this same problem, but
I don't know how to work it out.

Whenever I touch a video file (usually AVI DIVX), without even double-click it, I get an error from wonderful windows, and the Explorer is shut down.

    Why is that ?
Is it a codec probelm ?
it's strange cause I can see the first frame of the video at the colume to the right.

    Is it Codec-pack probelm ?

Why is that the file plays well on one computer and in anther one makes
    errors ?

    Thanks.

    This is with WinXP yeah?

It is MS's buggy thumbnail shell extension. Disable it and there should be no more problems
