Does anyone have ANY idea what this error means?
When I try to burn with Nero, it says it fails because it cant perform "End of Disc at once"
I just want to burn a dvd!

You could try installing (in the correct place) the official nero Wnaspi32.dll file from here. Also if you do a search for Wnaspi32.dll at support.microsoft.com there are some articles there about this sort of problem occurring after a Windows upgrade. These articles point to totally deinstalling Nero and reinstalling, which would be a good option if the above download doesn't help.

check the nero/ahead web site www.ahead.de - support - utilities Link. There are links to download tools to completely uninstall/remove all traces of Nero from your system.
***Be sure to write down your license number before uninstalling/using these tools!!!***
If you install an (adaptec) aspi layer, I would also advise AGAINST using the latest Adaptec ASPI driver (4.7x versions) - at least in Windows XP. I can't comment on other operating systems. Instead - and only as a last resort - try installing the Adaptec ASPI 4.60. If you have already installed a version newer than 4.60, do a search for "ForceASPI" - a utility that will allow you to install 4.60.
The 4.7x versions are known to be problematic. Some people say dog is mans best friend. I say that man is dog's best slave... At least that is what my dogs think.
