Gamespy sucks....

Purchased a game from direct2drive, 2gb. Figuring it would take about 4 hours to download right? Wrong, there associated with Gamespy and your forced to use the friggin public server which as of right now is giving me a lowly 40KBs which is complete bullshit since I'm a paying customer. Estimated time 14 hours......pricks. At least I didn't have to wait in line. Better not be corrupt when I'm done....

Now I'm really convinced..... first download stopped after 600megs. 2nd one died after 2gig nearly done. Never again.

Still downloading...... finally figure out how to continue dl with scummy gamespy downloader which put a bunch of crap on my comp.

Three times I had to restart current download which was started this time yesterday.... better not be corrupted. The funny thing is that I have downloaded the same thing 3 times totaling about 3.5 gigs of wasted bandwidth..... Dumbasses.
