I just started using DVD-Lab Pro to author. Up until now, I've been using TMPGEnc DVD Author. Great program, but no subtitles and no delayed menu buttons... Anyway, I know that I can fit MPG's which are 4200MB when using TDA (leaving enough room for menus). How big a file can I instert into a DVD-Lab Pro?

It depends how much space your menus take up. Bottom right corner is an indicator that shows you how much space your assets are consuming. If you don't go nuts making huge motion menus, there is no reason why you cant keep encoding to that size.

If you are asking if DVD-Lab has a file size limit, then the answer is no.
