  1. I have 2 separate mpg files files that I need to combine and make one mpg file can someone tell me what is the best and quickest software to do that?

Also I would also like to convert this one combined mpg file to dvd afterwards. Could I also get some help with the software needed to do this also?

Thanks to anyone who took the time to read and/or respond to my post.

    Appreciated

If your MPEG file is DVD compatible, then just put both of them into your authoring program (TMPGEnc DVD Author recommended) and they will play seamlessly, one after the other. Combining MPEG files before authoring can result in out of sync audio, depending on your method. Combining them in the authoring stage is usually the better method.

You can also use TMPGEnc encoder to add video files together, but the authoring method works great if you are going to convert to DVD.

I'd use the authoring software - you might get the slightest of slight pauses inbetween though.
    If in doubt, Google it.
