    Probably easiest way is using dvd2svcd and choose dvd output. No menus but it auto does everything else for you.

    hmm.. I would like a programme that could make the dvd exactly as it was, just with 25 fps!
    No, I cant use DVD2SVCD because I want the menus.. I want the dvd exactly the way it is.. Just that it is in Pal format! :P
