  1. i was just wondering how I could fix this video... for some reason, its all pixalated from the bottom.... this is how it looks throughout the whole video:



    if you can help, that'd be great!

    and if there is no possible way to fix it, then also please let me know.

    Or you're using the wrong codec. If so, maybe.
