  1. if i have a streaming video that is on my desktop am i able to encode it using tmpegnc so i can burn it to dvd.....or there is any way i can do this.

    Yep BJ_M is correct. Here are some video streaming tools:

    Then determine the properties of the video using gspot or bitrate viewer and look up the guides under the "how To" section on the left <----- to see how to convert them

  4. i can't seem to find the right guide to work with the streaming video. i read through most of them and can't seem to find it....can somebody point me in the right direction where excactly it is .

    just save it --

    encode it
