    hey guys
    quick question: How do you make a motion menu so that after the video finishes playing it ends up on the first frame of the video and all the buttons "Magically" appear?

    You need to use an editor or similar program to create the menus and fade in of the buttons first (After Effects is good for this is you need effects, otherwise any editing software will do). Then in DVD Lab create the sub pictures for the buttons (the bits that get highlighted) and set a delay to match the fade in of your clip.
