Hi, I was wondering if I had a 650MB mpg and the length was 90 mins, and I was using a 80 min 700mb disc, if I could burn the movie on one disc. Instead of using two. For VCD btw. Or perhaps burn 74 mins and 800mb with a 80 min 700mb disc. Thanks.

If the MPEG itself is only 650 MB, it will fit on any size disc. You could even burn it as a data disc on a 74 min CD. If you burn in VCD/SVCD (mode2), you can fit up to 740 MB on a 74 min disc. It's data size, not playing time that matters. If it is 90 min. long but only 650 MB, it isn't VCD compliant, however.
