  1. Hey Guys,

I have a family film clip and i burnt it to DVD, it wont work though on my standalone DVD player, its a DVD+R and my player supports it, so do i have to format the clip somehow to make it work on my DVD player?

    Thanks!

Burning it to DVD does not make it DVD-Video. Click Here , then read some guides (left of page under HOW TO).

You can try using TMPGEnc DVD Author. There is a trial version you can use.

There are all sorts of questions that come to mind. The more information you share, obviously, the more able people are to answer your question. For example, what equipment and programs have you used during this process? It sounds to me like you have transferred content on this disc, but have not finalised it as DVD-Video. But from the very limited information you have given, it is hard to tell.
