    That sounds like the rubber band maintainence people I had at an apartment complex I used to live at.

    Their solution to everything was to use a rubberband.

    The guy told me once that he was too fat to fit under the sink.

    or change classicbackc.gif in your Internet cache to some other picture but named the same and same size
