hi
Is it possible to copy dvd + to a dvd - disk from the pc, if so is it just a matter of copying from the 2 drives or do u have to use a softwre program, if so which one?

Yes. Most DVD capable burners ought to be able to do it, even if I suggest doing it in two steps - read to image -> write image. For the latter approach, use DVDDecrypter. (And of course software is needed - everything a computer does is governed by software!)
