I wouldn't mind that Daamon, in fact, I think I'd enjoy it, so long as you don't use the same hand for both tasks

    If in doubt, Google it.

    Stop f***ing stalking me!!!

You know I wear a pea-green tank-top, what logo is on the front of my PC and now you want to hold my hand whilst letting me wipe your arse!!!

Christ, next you'll be stealing my unwashed jocks out of the washing machine and running down the street with them over your head pretending you're some kind of villain / hero...

What kind of a weirdo are you...? I hope you don't have pets... Or children... Or neighbours for that matter...

Where's my medication? No, you don't need it. You'll kill us. We're only in your head.

HELP!!! I feel like I'm in the middle of that film with John Malkovich in: "Being Jimm Alenko" or whatever it's called...

There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

  5. Yes. When I burn the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders on the CD-R(W), Nero says it sorts the DVD-Video files, and my dvd player sees it as a dvd

however, since i am running windows 98, i have problems with dvdauthor. i am using GUI for dvdauthor and dvdauthor_gui or whatever its called.

Now I need to find an authoring program I can use that will let me use 352x480 16x9 and use text links. i'll see what i can find...

If you are intending to do SVCD bit rates, then the only gain you get is the menu system. Why not just do a SVCD.

I want the better menu system.
And some of the vids will have bitrates higher than that of SVCD, but not very much higher. I haven't yet tested to see how fast it spins the CD.

... so you can fit a few of them on DVD and not have to get up to change the disc ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

    If in doubt, Google it.

I used to just create an .ISO image and burn that to a CD-R with DVDDecrypter.....as I recall. None of my players played it but my computer played it beautifully...
I was experimenting prior to buying a DVD Burner.

SVCD run a max of exactly 2x. Even if you go slightly over, you could find the DVD player spitting the dummy.

The few times I've tried it it never let me down.
The only options I have there are VideoCD and Super VideoCD.
You have "expert operations" (whatever nero calls them) unchecked. nero is showing you a small part of what it can do. It's at the bottom of startsmart.
Sorry, I had to go see about a girl

  16. SVCD does have two advantages over mini-dvd

    1) higher resolution

    2) More data-space (due to mode2 burning)

    3) It is a proper std, unlike mini-dvd
Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.

    1. Isn't the resoultion dependent on whether 352 or 720 is selected?
    2. Does a mini-dvd need to be burned on mode1?

It's being pedantic, but you can use Full D1 on Mini-DVD.
    If in doubt, Google it.
