Dear people,
I'm using C#.Net to write a simple program which can play VOB file. I drag the Windows Media Player Control on it's toolbox onto the form and tried to play a VOB file with it but it can't.
My PC has Windows Media Player 10 can play DVDs.
Do i need to download any codecs or software in order to play VOB file on my own written program?
Please Help!

You will need the dvd libraries. They are available at the MS site along with the Media Player SDK.

So I just need to download the Windows Media Player 10 SDK at MSDN, that should suffice?
Also, how do I write a code to read a VOB file to extract the subtitle portion of the DVD? VOB file is in Hexadecimal right? Is there any function in C#.Net that helps?
